John
concentrates his practice in the area of real estate law and business
law, which includes representation of buyers and sellers, builders, real
estate developers, banking institutions and mortgage companies. John has
an active practice in commercial and residential transactions, contract
and lease negotiations, and corporate law.
Background: Born in Jacksonville, Florida, October 11, 1956; admitted to Florida Bar and Mississippi Bar, 1983. Admitted to all state courts in Florida, United States District Court, Northern District of Mississippi and Middle District of Florida, and United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. Education: Orange Park High School (1974); University of Florida (B.A., 1979); University of Mississippi (J.D., 1983). Member: Clay County Bar Association (President, 1988-1989), Jacksonville and American Bar Associations, Florida and Mississippi State Bar Associations.
