Us: Holly E. Fulton
Holly
E. Fulton - Holly specializes in the area of family law. Her practice
includes dissolutions and modifications, simple to complex divorces. Holly
has taught Business Law at the St. Johns River Community College. She
has lectured in the area of family law to civic groups and to attorneys
for Continuing Professional Education. She is a lecturer for the Fourth
Judicial Circuit Family Law Services in the areas of contempt, modification
of orders, and family law procedures.
Background: Born in Hartford, Connecticut, December 27, 1963; admitted to Florida Bar, 1988. United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, 1988. Education: University of Florida (B.S., B.A., 1985 with honors; J.D., 1988), Florida Family Law Inn of Court Master, (1998-present), Florida Bar Grievance Committee Member (1995-1997), Vice- Chairman 1997), Chester Bedell Inn of Court, Pupil (1987-1988); University of Florida College of Law Trial Team Board of Governors; Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society; Member; Clay County Bar Association (President 1992-1993; Treasurer 2000-2001;President 2003), Kiwanis Club of Orange Park (President 1991-1992).
